Leaking Amniotic Fluid Or Urine. It doesnt smell like urine. The amniotic fluid is a clear yellowish fluid that contains nutrients immune cells hormones and fetal urine. If it was amniotic fluid then it would be a constant flow of fluid not like peeing but more like you would have to wear a pad or you would look like you peed in your pants. It does sound like you could be leaking amniotic fluid.

I have changed my underwear 3 times today because they where wet also i have been using pads. Fluids are normal but it can be panic-inducing to wonder if youre leaking amniotic fluid or discharge.
